3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Delivery partners — our own delivery staff, and Porter when you choose urgent delivery, receive your name, phone and address to deliver your order.
  • Service providers — such as Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging, Facebook/Instagram advertising), Google (Maps and address lookup), payment providers, and our hosting provider, who process data on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel on this website. It lets Meta (Facebook/Instagram) record actions such as page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchases, so we can measure our ads and show relevant products to you and people like you. Meta may use cookies and receive information such as your IP address and browser details. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings (the website will still work, though your cart may not be remembered).

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, handle returns and warranty issues, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
